Once a group is booked, work with our team to enhance your Sailors experience with curated Gifts and Add-Ons.
Groups start at 8 cabins and can scale up to 75 cabins. We classify them in two tiers:
You'll receive an email reminder a few days before your recall window closes — 120 days out for Small Groups, 150 days for Large Groups. Any unnamed or undeposited cabins will be released on the recall date. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to recall cabins at any time, subject to terms and conditions.
16% commission on voyage fare (we don't apply NCFs to our voyage fare, so this is true net commission). Once your Group hits 16 named and deposited cabins, you also unlock your Tour Conductor benefit:

Additionally, they’ll receive Group Dining Concierge support: up to 3 dinner reservations on 10+ night voyages, 2 on 6–9 night voyages, and 1 on voyages of 5 nights or less. On select sailings, Sailors also receive a Group savings of 5–15% off voyage fare.
Yes. Existing bookings on the same sailing — including My Next Virgin Voyage bookings — can be added to your Group as FIT (Flexible Independent Travel) bookings, regardless of cabin type. To qualify, the existing booking must:
